Online Resource Directory

One-stop hub for older adults and caregivers

A laptop displays the Resource Directory page of the Duluth Aging Support website, featuring navigation links and icons for different resource categories aimed at seniors and caregivers.

The Opportunity

Navigating the complexities of aging and caregiving can be overwhelming. Finding the right support – whether for healthcare, transportation, housing, or social connection – often requires searching across multiple sources. Many individuals and families don’t know where to start or what resources are available.

The Solution

To help connect older adults and caregivers to resources during COVID-19, we launched an Online Resource Directory. Though no longer active, this directory was a valuable tool for linking older adults, caregivers, and community members to essential resources—including aging services, caregiver support, COVID-19 information, social connections, and more.

A billboard reads: "Discover valuable RESOURCES FOR SENIORS & CAREGIVERS. Duluth Aging Support. duluthagingsupport.org/resources" with a red logo and cloudy sky in the background.
