The Opportunity
Navigating the complexities of aging and caregiving can be overwhelming. Finding the right support – whether for healthcare, transportation, housing, or social connection – often requires searching across multiple sources. Many individuals and families don’t know where to start or what resources are available.
The Solution
To help connect older adults and caregivers to resources during COVID-19, we launched an Online Resource Directory. Though no longer active, this directory was a valuable tool for linking older adults, caregivers, and community members to essential resources—including aging services, caregiver support, COVID-19 information, social connections, and more.
