A one-stop hub for caregiver support resources
The Opportunity
While resources for caregivers are available, the real challenge is connecting them to the right support at the right time. Many caregivers are unaware of the services available or find it challenging to navigate the complex system of resources. Without a clear path to assistance, caregivers often feel overwhelmed and isolated throughout their journey.
The Solution
To address this, we developed the Connect! for Caregivers booklets in partnership with many northeastern Minnesota organizations and received printing and distribution support from the Essentia Health Foundation. Through our outreach efforts, we continue distributing these booklets to the community to ensure they give caregivers a starting point and reach those who need them most.
